Ah well gained quite a bit of weight. The usual suspect, Beef and Pork ribs reared its ugly head again. I had about 1300 cals in one sitting 8 at night. Wanted to go and walk it out as I felt the energy but but convinced myself not to. I am now going to start slowly increasing my food and my metabolism hopefully will follow suit because I cannot handle such steep increases in weight every-time I over-indulge. Feeling great though.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 55 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
