Hasn’t been a good few weeks obviously and those numbers were higher, even over the 80 mark!!
Am not well atm so I’ll try use that to my advantage.
78.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
