Managed to lose my 1kg over the weekend by yesterday, Sunday, only to eat cake and almost 200g of protein on a day I did not go to the gym so I gained 400g. My mission this week is to make sure that by next week Monday I can hit some semblance of 94kg even 94.9kg. My mind is starting to get extremely focused so will see what happens. I might set myself a mini-plan. I now want to lose about 6 more kg's before I can think about upping my calories and true muscle building not losing fat while gaining muscle as that is a compromise. Also approx. 90 is the weight at which I think I will look good in most clothes so I guess 2 more months of toiling although the last month will be a detox. Will have to plan how I do it.
96.3 kg Lost so far: 57.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
