Went for a gym class yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at how fit I now am. I have never been so happy doing a class. Will try to put in more cardio work.
95.6 kg Lost so far: 58.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
