Had a body scan today and the results were excellent to say the least almost unbelievable. I lost 7.2kg of fat last month, gained 1kg of muscle, equates to 6.4% body fat lost and my visceral fat is down to 11. I could not be happier, 53kg lost since 2 Jan 2018. I will be looking over my notes so that I can follow what I did last month.
92.7 kg Lost so far: 61.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

WOW You droped 3 points, for people who don't know viseral fat is the dangerous fat that is around your organs. 3 points is huge! Thats life extending numbers. Congrats mate! Keep it up. I bet you where over the moon😀
