Just when I thought I had mastered weight-loss boom, weight-gain, I actually have done more cardio and gym in the last week and a half than last 2 months.
92.3 kg Lost so far: 61.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Keith I can only hope that is muscle gain not fat gain from excessive cortisol in the body. I do not know why but I always view weight gain negatively although sometimes it is a good thing

Your not alone eightpac I've gained to just when you think your mastering weight control it spirals every now and then but keep on going we support each other

Try maybe measure cm's and see :P
