I guess in the weight-loss world less is more. I have been killing myself over last 5 days only to get sub-par results. So in 2 days it will go back to what I have been doing prior months and drop cardio.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 62 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
