Ecstatic about the weight-loss. Feeling gr8t. Honestly I have been relentless even though sometimes I think not but it's all about overall effort and I have given my health a fair-go. I have had a bad eating day today (too little) I now will need to cram about a 100g of protein in 2 hrs so I will need to split between slow, mid, fast digesting protein.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 63.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Casein protein is my go to slow release protein

I agree, micellar casein forms a good part of my diet as it allows me to stop eating at around 6:30pm and I know I am covered upto 8hrs after.
