Had my last sort of cheat day yesterday, and took my my Keto reading yesterday which was 0.1mmol/L which is low but I expected that given my 2800 cal + Saturday. What I did not expect was 0.5mmol/L this morning and 800g weight-loss. Which means my body gets back into keto quite quickly or I have been on Keto so long body naturally reverts back to burning fat. I am usually around 1-4mmol/l dependant, but I am happy with 0.5mmol/L and good weight loss from yesterday. It seems after almost 8 months on keto I am still learning.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 64.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The science is good just does not feel that way sometimes.
