Today is my birthday - I'm 64. Between now and Yule I intend to lose 14 kilos. I've really let myself go this year, but I've now drawn a line in the sand. I will do this by:
Mainly eating: eggs, meat and fish. No flour, no sugar, no below ground vegetables.
Fasting - I'm not going to say that I'll do x number of hours straight off, I need to get my fasting muscle back into prime position - so I'll start slow.
