Hi Keith, I was measuring blood ketones which measure level of ketosis my body is in. Helps to see which foods affect body or increase insulin to the level of slowing done ketosis. I used to measure this initially 3-5 times a day but as you learn it becomes 3-5 times a month unless I am specifically testing a theory.
