Up a few lbs but know Ill come down again. Still was on a calorie deficit but I guess the extra working out has caused my body to gain some muscle and retain more water from the extra work
81.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
