Probably water loss from 8-9 hours on the lake yesterday.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol was more slow play swimming and a few bursts to get away from people trying to grab for me lol. I assume a LOT of evaporation and flushing as I had to pee about every hour lol. 3 bottles of water, small Gatorade, large tea, large coffee and a bit of coke. More water than usual but not enough overall liquids for what I lost I think. I do know I worked muscles because if I mimic swimming my arms and shoulders hurt lol. Lifejacket saved me some energy I think :/ but it also kept me from sinking as usual haha. Lots of rolling over and over in the water like a dog to entertain the kids too! It’ll be worse tomorrow I think! Soreness that is. I think the weight will come up a pound or two.
