The dreaded bounce back - plus stupid eating. I had cheese which I know puts weight on me. I need to get back to the mantra 'meat, fish eggs, green veg; no flour, no sugar.'
84.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
