I'm getting myself back on track. Started back on my healthy diet, and started walking again today. I AM going to get myself recuperated from the WORST August I have ever spent at a freekin 8.50 an hour job (HT), getting my son back home from Texas, and pounding the pavement for a new job. August is GONE and I'm coming back to myself.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 45.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
