Weight-loss going great, feeling great. Almost there to achieve my first goal and I have not even had time to step in the gym since Monday so happy with the weight-loss. I will try my hardest over the next 2 weeks because I see a plateau coming. I know this because when my body weight drops quickly when the weight-loss tapers off my body try's to hold on to the new weight for dear life, but I will power through that I have not got to this stage by luck so Au-revoir plateau in advance.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 66.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
