The weight was stuck at 63.4 kg (140 pounds) for over a week but I kept steady with the same routine s. And today - boom! - and it's 62.7 kg (138.5 pounds). Consistency in food regimen and activity (10000 steps daily) is the key! I'm so excited right now!!! 🥰
