Anytime I get under 134 the next day I jump to 135. I did this at 145, 150 too. Except then I was eating less than I am now. Pork chops and rice for dinner so yeah, will probably see an increase tomorrow too lol. So far I’ve only had coffee for the last 12-13 hours. Debating on solid lunch or liquid lunch :).
61.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
