Feeling great. Hopefully will hit my goal in the next week. Slept at 2am yesterday researching supplements and spent $401 online with 1 hr wasted debating whether I should spend the money. I guess making decisions at 2 am should be avoided but I think I got a good balance. In the end decided that investing in my health is worth it. I have spent ridiculous amounts of money on Food, PT, messages,3 gym memberships but I can smile about it as it as I would do it all over again. Will try keep it lean this weekend. Also have been trialling out IF missing breakfast (green tea, cla and carnitine only) and eating between 12pm and 6pm. Will give my verdict next week.

Thanks Michelle, a lot of learning and understanding my body has occurred. Before my current diet I had severe obstructive sleep apnea and underwent major surgery Nov17 and took about 2months to recover. The fact that I can now sleep has made a big difference to big able to hit my goals although I still have bad habits lingering and I often slep way to late.

was it a bulk nutrients purchase? if so can you review as you try please. I have used the whey matrix(rocky road) and rate it great value for money and give it 3/5 for taste. taste like rosewater more then anything(Turkish delight) I have used the Vanilla casein and overall give it a 10/10. performance in the gym, growth, recover all increased after taking the casein, I'm yet to find one that is soluble and this one is on par with all the others. I own but have not tried the creatine yet as I still have weeks worth in an ON left

It was a bodybuilding.com purchase however I purchase from Bulk Nutrients as well. So to rate, Shipping 5/5. Always get my supplements next day. Tastes differ as I threw my ON away. Whey Matrix Rocky Road, mixed with water and I liked it and would give it 4/5. Vanilla Casein I have not tried only satchet samples so cannot really rate. In terms of Casein I use Professional Whey - Micellar casein - Natural Flavour and mix it in with protein shake - Quality is 11/10. I also use Gentec Nutrition Casein Custard - Flavour - Coconut Cream which I like and has 7g Glutamine per serve. Mixability with a shaker with metal agitator is good. I have also tried Bulk Nutrients (BN) Quick Protein Mousse found it okay, but, nothing to rave about. My absolute favourite is BN future whey Cola, O Carbs, 0 Fat. I mix this with sparkling water and it tastes like coke, lemonade flavour I did not like at all. The Future Whey Cola got me out of some major plateaus. I just love it and have the mix ratio dialled in to my taste. Hope above helps, Will try BN Vanilla Casein once I finish my current Casein supply. I mix all my protein with water and have a good shaker which is a must for Future Whey if you are using sparkling water(Total Inventory of Shakers approx. 12 - Number of Good 2 number of bad 10)I think I should through all the crap shakers in the bin.
