Had a little blow out on Monday night, but glad to be back under 80.... some days not so long ago it was as high as 82. Been LCHF intermittent fasting most days. During fast times only allowing water, tea black coffee, not even gum. Now got wow drops instead.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
