Started my binge weekend to celebrate reaching my goal. I had fried boneless chicken yesterday which was delicious and had KFC chicken nuggets today which I will not repeat. Even in binging I am learning. I am cooking ribs for dinner (see pic below) and will have them by themselves. I am now going to begin to fully utilise the new scale I bought about 6 months ago as it measures BF%, and BF kg. I was only using it for kg. Today the scale recorded 24.9% fat at 85.3kg. Will see where I can get to. I should have my next goals by Wednesday next week and a plan on how to achieve them.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 68.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
