Knew I was running heavy yesterday, feeling great and will definitely reach my goal by the end of the month meaning I am going to have to hit another lean weekend. Actually I will have to make weight by Friday as I am travelling on holiday for about 1.5 weeks.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 69.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
