Hoorah, have hit my short term goal, measured at 4:45am, meaning I am 84 light I like to call it. Which means if I do nothing over the next few days or week I will still be below my goal. In other words it is true weight although I will probably destroy that when I am on holiday. Trying to plan my meal timings and exercise so that I can remain relatively fit and not put on more than 1.5kg.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 70.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're right, but this is becoming like an addiction I have already sassed out gyms for early morning workouts, have now started planning lunches I will not be doing dinners. Ordered my Professional Whey Elite 3.0 choc mint for nighttime nutrition. It is a pleasant tasting protein shake so I should enjoy myself.
