Was afraid of that. 130 didn’t stick around. BUT I did have two bottles of water late afternoon/evening AND helped run practice so perhaps it’s a normal gain like if I’d have worked out. 🤞
59.6 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
