Chris, do you like mixed nuts? Not just the cast of characters here on fs, but the real ones? I keep telling rm to eat 1/4 cup with each meal. Of course he agrees and then does nothing, but i know from experience, it is easy to eat a LOT of calories that way!

My mom used to make ponche to fatten us up. It's basically egg nog without liquor. Nuts! I love nuts @Jengetfit123. Lol!

Ches, the so called eggnog I am talking about is simply an egg and milk. My mother used to add Ovaltine and my great Aunt would add sugar. And I question why I love dairy!

If you drink protein shakes, you can add a serving of your fav nut butter. That will add an extra 150 -200 cals.

No advice, just total envy that y'all have to work at gaining weight, when all I have to do to gain weight is give food/drink a sideways glance...
