Still readjusting to lower calories again. It’s weird I’m more energetic and feel better but I feel weaker.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week

That’s normal. Your body gets use to high intakes to stay strong so when you drop down it confuses your system. Give it time.

lower calories is hard to achieve.(for me anyway). You are doing great!

I get weak when my blood sugar drops I find making sure I always have a short and long glucose release meal when I eat works great

MsEra it’s really hard to track. I have to taste food all day at my work. I’d say I’m just over 1000 calories.

I have trouble in my own world because I cook from scratch most of the time and often deal with having to taste everything. It adds up big time sometimes. Even though I’m not doing a weight loss program I still like to have a handle on what I am putting in my mouth
