I just can’t seem to get out of this rut. I look and feel disgusting. Just wish I could walk and walk.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

know how you feel. I lost 8kg walking. I struggled at first. but now 1hr before work. 1hr after work. now trying other things. try you can do anything.

use that feeling for motivation. use the frustration and anger to push one step further!

Borisk, I had a workplace accident a couple of years ago and that has been a big set back for me. I have neuropathic pain from a leg degloving. I don’t use it as an excuse. I just don’t know what I can do to help myself.

Have you tried walking in water? Can be a great forming rehabilitation

I actually did give walking in a water and it wasn’t good for me at all. We do have a pool and I will give it another go.

Walking in a pool is great for your legs. But limit your time to 20 minutes. For many years I ran, then I had a knee operation, which only did more damage, then my legs would swell up and I developed Cellulites. It's a long road back but you'll see once you start losing a bit, you'll grow more confident that you can do this. Good luck.
