Ah the weight/scale levels out again 😁. I know I’m not in a deficit of 10k for the month yet so I’m sure this will go up another # soon.
57.9 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
