3rd week of the month or better known as steady week or yoyo week lol. I’ve given up on my 125 by Thanksgiving goal. Convenient huh? (When you consider I’m eating in town today and all the holiday meals this week) lol.

I’m fine with this. A couple weeks ago some suggested I go ahead and set a lower goal. I was bouncing around 128-131 then. Now I’m bouncing 126-127 so it’s all good.

This is counseling day. Double whammy as I see the counselor and the stylist haha. Although with the stylist we usually talk about my kids and her first grandbaby. Older kids are staying home by choice. They regret that choice as hubby got that gleam in his eye and said ‘good, it hours cleaning day so plan on working your butts off. Get your stuff done today because tomorrow you’ll be helping me.’ (They decided last night as I don’t do well with last minute changes in the morning and they are indecisive in the morning!) Youngest chose to come with me because we haven’t had a day with just us lately. She would get in their way so it works for everyone. My bedroom floor is already vacuumed and he’s working on the vacuum now as it’s been acting up. Not sure what else he’ll get to but hopefully bringing up my Christmas decorations and taking boxes to the shed. Kids alternate seasonal clothing and toys and I haven’t wanted to load up several big heavy tubs by myself and fight the horses to get through the pasture to the shed. With 2-3 we can take the truck and keep the horses back. It’s gonna be a good day!

It has been so far! Did a little shopping so I think the craft present for my middle is complete. She wants a big box full of craft things like pens, paper, glitter... It gets expensive but it’s better than a toy she will tire of after a couple weeks.

That is so cool to want a box of craft items! I have a grandgirl who is still there at 14 and we have so much fun putting stuff together. Develops wonderful skills such as spatial intelligence, problem solving, coping, imagination.

Yes! She will be 10 next month and has always liked crafts. She makes cards and enters art contests. She won honorable mention the other day! Didn’t even tell me she had entered through her school until I received the email saying she was getting an award lol. She likes to sew, draw, paint and craft but making cards is her favorite right now. She is in 4H so learning several things there. My oldest would rather text or watch tv. Everything is lame and boring in the stage she’s in right now 😳. She doesn’t tell me I’m boring anymore because I show her just how much fun I can be... in a store, at school, I’m front of her friends... hahahaha
