Went out to an Indian restaurant last night. Nice results for the week.
134.2 kg Lost so far: 41.6 kg.    Still to go: 49.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

They've had nice food. It was my first time out to one and I shared a butter chicken and lamb rogan josh with rice. We also had a garlic cheese naan bread. Very delicious. 😊
