It was a good week :)
I'm thinking of getting myself a fitness tracking smart watch for Christmas. After looking into them the fitbit Ionic has caught my eye.
132 kg Lost so far: 43.8 kg.    Still to go: 47 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for the support. I ended up deciding to take the plunge, I've bought the fitbit Ionic and thanks to afterpay I'll be picking it up today. Perfect for Christmas :)

Nice, heart rate monitoring is a great tool, as important as cal counting
