Ohhh I was so excited until I remembered that it won’t stay lol. I’ll jump back up to 124 even if I wasn’t cheating today and tomorrow. BUT based on experience, I should see this number more consistently in about 2 weeks if I don’t overdo it too much with the holidays. So now I get to decide if I like this number enough to not cheat or if I want to cheat bad enough that I’m still happy at 125ish. Afterall, I’ve cut back enough and dropped down to this just so I could cheat this week and eat whatever I want. And by cheat I do mean cheat like these meals are a hot model handed to me on a silver plate lol. (Nice visual for those single ladies on here) Not like I’ll eat normally but have a piece of pie, but more like I’m having chips and dip, fudge and any other items that look good or that I want as long as 1) I don’t make myself sick and 2) it’s something I truly do want and I’m not gorging just to eat a lot for once. I still don’t plan to ‘try this’ when hubby or someone else tries to get me to try things I don’t think I’ll care for. Being picky has helped with my diet lol. I’m good not trying f a lot of things but I want some of my favorites that I’ve not allowed myself to have. Some I haven’t had for years.
