Hmmm actually lost 0.4# since I started my cheat week. Or rather 11-12 day cheat 😖.

How I did it? Eat more food and junk food when cheating. Other meals at home I ate like usual. My ‘diet’ I guess you’d say. Basically maintenance around 1200-1600, maintenance being about 1500 for me. Then throw in some 1800-3000 calorie days with family. I’ve also parked a little farther so a few more steps, offered to carry things in for family so a few more steps, carried groceries for one shopping trip rather than use a cart... My diet has become a habit after 9 months so eating this way has been easy while overeating hasn’t been. I’ve felt bad because it’s like I ate a brick. I think I’ve narrowed it down to the greasy lil smokies that make me feel worse. Brownies, dip, chips, fudge etc don’t seem to bother me as much so I’ll have to watch those as it’s easier to over eat on them.

I also know that my body likes to mess with me. As this is the last day of the month I’ll probably gain 2# overnight, not a real gain but one on the scale, and make it where I didn’t lose anything this month lol. Today is my last big eating day. Tomorrow will be moderate then back to the 1200-1500 until the next birthday and after it.

Logging hasn’t been a challenge. Guess, log and forget it. This is huge for me as I over think absolutely everything like how family was whispering around me and quit talking when I walked in the room. But... as I don’t care what they think of me it doesn’t make me obsess like usual. I probably had toilet paper stuck to my shoe or more likely, since they are heavy, they were talking about my weight and how I refused most of the stuff they offered me. I wouldn’t eat anything I didn’t care for and ate things I really liked and didn’t get often instead. Everyone else had plates piled high, went for seconds or thirds then 1-2 plates of dessert. I was the odd ball there 😉.

I hope everyone had the same experience or similar. As in not gaining much. If you did, it’ll come off quickly! Get back on track, drink your water, sleep in, get moving/exercising and it’ll come off before the end of next month. For those of you who stuck to your diet, great job! I admire your willpower! For those who gained muscle keep in mind that I’ll steal it if you get too close! 😈 Hope 2019 is a great year for everyone and if you go out tonight please PLEASE make plans ahead for a driver! A sober one 😉. Or volunteer to drive your friends!
