Hi everyone
I am new here and going to give this ago. I would like to loose ten kg. I really feel I need to focus on me know and put myself first. Thanks for your support.

Thank you . How long have you been on your journey for your weight loss? I have lost 25 kgs in the past and honestly I feel like I can’t remember how I did it. Unfortunately due to a very hectic year I put on 8kg and I know I need to do something about it, but felt comfortable in my own skin it was my clothes that didn’t feel comfortable and also I want to be more healthier and stronger and fitter both mind and body. If I can ask and it sound a bit silly how do u change ur profile pic? I don’t want to be broccoli any more!🤪 Cheers

To change your profile pic, login via the website & there will be a section in your profile to make the change. We’ll be adding the ability to change profile pics from within the app this year.

Hi mangobom, i have the premium, i find i dont use the meal plan section as i have no idea on meal planing in general lol but i find having the water tracker keeps me on track as i dont drink enough water if any all all some days, so in that aspect it helped me

At the moment, Premium offers a couple of tools we get a lot of requests for (water tracking & custom meals), plus the start of something we’ll build a lot of features around: planning. Planning your meals is an important step if you want to know in advance what your calorie intake will be for the week. We’ll be adding quite a bit to this feature in the coming months. When it comes to achieving goals or habit change long term, planning is integral to success. We have probably 2+ years worth of work we need to deliver in this area, but meal planning is the start.
