So far so good. Day two! No alcohol last night and stuck to my calories. Even though I did drop a little in weight I do recognise it is fluid, but I take that. This all about me and wat I want. Saying no to food I don’t need but being kind to myself. My goal in ten week is to be confident and maybe a new swim suit 🤪
81.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I started to be serious about losing weight in early Dec, a few people said my 0.5 kg a day losses were just fluid and it would stop. Except they kept coming, just by sticking (mostly) to 6000 kJ a day and doing an hour of not very intensive exercise every second day. So keep going!
