Spouse spent the past week in hospital for a fractured lumbar vertebra after a fall down concrete steps. I ate rubbish.
Back on track this week.

87.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 13.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
