Have you tried low carb? I’ve been doing it for over a yr, it’s brilliant and cheap I’m on low carb world group on Facebook . Easy to follow and you aren’t hungry....... my down fall with diets

how do you keep track of your carb intake on low carb, i used to do keto and tracked everything it became too obsessive and controlling. so is there a set limit for low carb in terms of percentage?
