tummy bug still taking its toll :-(

62.8 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg. Still to go: 0.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Day 3. I don't feel so flat today. Luckily it's not one that's given me bad tummy cramps or a sore exit ;-) hehehe
