Drinking all that water yesterday helped! When we gain a couple pounds over night we should do the math and realize that it’s not a fat gain but rather a water gain or fluctuations in the amount of waste in our systems.
55.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ll do my best to remember this when I’m up a couple pounds in the morning lol. Although I’ve had a bottle of tea and two bottles of water since noon so maybe not :).
