Spouse unwell, I am stressed and eating rubbish carbs like pies and chocolate and pasta and stuff. Pulling myself back into low-carb line today because I am so fat I am uncomfortable - and that is a dreadful admission. Spouse improving slowly.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Stress and being out of routine sucks with eating. You will get back into a new rhythm.

Stressed and binge eating not good but if you can get back into a routine it may help and exercise
