After a full summer of eating whatever I wanted (Chocolates, chips, dips, potatoes, anything at all) and drinking at least 3 or 4 alcoholic beveridges per day. Weight is now at 67.9 kilos. Wanting to lose 1 kilo per week and after 10 weeks reach goal of 57 kilos.
Goal - New Car
Autumn jeans and Winter wardrobe
Entertaining
Holiday to Coffs and Queensland at 57 kilos - Reward.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
