Ah there’s that water I hold onto when I eat pizza 🤪. Field trip today so I’ll hopefully be doing a lot of walking!

It's so nice to not be alarmed by water weight gain. :)

@LZ yes it is! I always know that if I have a lot of jerky, desserts or pizza I will retain some water for 1-2 days after. @becca we had a good time! Apple Watch says I burned 287 kcal and 3 minutes of exercise. We were there 3 hours and a couple times I had to literally run to keep up with the kids. Also played ball for 10 minutes with the kids when we got home. So much for 3 minutes of exercise lol. Pretty sure the 287 is right. We went all over that place but didn’t have near enough time to see it all!

Sounds like a really good time.😊 I'm sure your kids appreciate you going. I know mine did whenever I did something like that with their class. 👍 Good Mom points scored. 😊
