Have been doing so well, but, gosh I am struggling. This hormonal time of the month makes me crave sweet stuff, completely drains my energy and makes me ravenous. I am managing to keep my calories around 1500, but the content isn't as good. For eg, I just scarfed down a med Caesar salad. I just didn't feel like normal salad. I am doing a big plate if steamed veggies for dinner. Something warm and soothing. But, oh, I do want some naughty sugar laden products. Getting through it.
107 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
