Ok so at about 1900-2000 kcal yesterday with dinner being homemade chicken fried steaks I really thought I’d have some water weight today. I’m pleasantly surprised lol. I’d decided to eat super light today to offset the water, but now I’m thinking I can have the leftover chicken fried steak for dinner and maybe a handful of that snack mix I bought for dessert last night and forgot to get out. I’m liking this 119-120 way more than I expected too. Especially if I can average 1600 kcal a day when basically doing nothing. (Still napping because all this coughing wears me out, basic house cleaning and organizing parties is still basically doing nothing lol) The gym is still packed so I may break out my 8# weights again. Better than nothing! I’d do sit-ups and pushups but every time I try I have a coughing fit. 75 and sunny yesterday and 31 and windy/cloudy today doesn’t help!
54.3 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! Honestly I’m not trying hard. I think my ‘diet’ is so ingrained in me now that even when I add in junk food I must subconsciously manage to keep calories and portions the same. 🤔 Example: I used to eat two of my tacos and before my diet I’d gotten up to 3 really full ones. When at 1200 I have two ‘skinny’ ones light on meat and cheese or one full of those. My kids pointed out that I had two fairly full ones the other day but it was mostly meat and lettuce so not many more calories. I’m also eating slower like I used to which helps I think. It feels like I’m eating more because it takes me 40-45 minutes to eat lol. Drives hubby nuts because he can eat a full meal in under 10 minutes.
