I increased my calories and the weightloss has started again. I wasn't eating enough! That's a nice little positive.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah. Thanks Keith and Trish. Just joined the gym today. I may weigh what I do, but I am really tall. PT wants to get me building muscle. I have been running and walking, but time to really start lifting. 40th bday in July...want good definition by then. Bloody loving this new lifestyle!

It's addictive. Along side weight/body goals i set exercise goals. For example I went hard until I could do muscle ups, now I'm doing them no rest until I'm doing full planche pushups.
