I weighed myself seven times because I thought the scale was broken lol. Keto is changing my life!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

. Oh well done...I only just started keto this week,,trying to keep carbs down even with vegies and others up ...not sure im doing this correct..
