Not much but guess a loss is a loss.
3tablespoons of rice, 2 slices of cheese, 5 gummy lollies and coffee & Pepsi max yesterday.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 46.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
