so upset with this weight ! don't know how I will over come it :when you are on steroids it is so hard bloody asthma I hate it really hate being sick

Don't torture yourself with the weight, there's nothing you can do about as long as you are on medication. Just ignore it for a while. It'll go down again later. I'm sending some strength your way to beat the sickness. I'm glad you're back, I've missed you❣️ 😘
