I reset last thurs, at 81.2kg. Last 7 days iv had no sugar, bread or alcohol and followed lchf, IF, and yesterday I did my first 24hr fast. Iv also walked a lot and lifted weights.
78.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
