Was actually quite surprised with my weight loss, way more than expected. This week has been something different by following a 550 calorie limit for the last 7 days. Noticed that my belt now has moved up a notch or two. Decided to move my weight target to a flat 73kg now and once reached will need to follow a normal diet with excesses
